It is my absolute pleasure to welcome you to the American University in Dubai Model United Nations’ website, and with pride, I invite you to be part of AUDMUN 5.0, the fifth instalment of our prestigious conference!

AUDMUN’s Executive Board has been working hard to bring to you yet another memorable, and fruitful conference. Along with our volunteers, chairs, and co-chairs, we want to ensure that the experience we are offering you, as delegates and faculty advisors, is worth your time and is one that will stick with you for a long time even after the conference. We enjoy what we do, and thus are sure to bring you a beneficial, and enjoyable conference!

As Youssef Aboutaleb, the previous SG and current Deputy SG of AUDMUN said, AUDMUN has truly “gone beyond the domain of a purely educational context”. It has become a community in which its members not only learn the fundamentals of political discussion, but also a community in which its members are actively partaking in not only finding solutions to pressing issues around the world, but also partaking in making new friends, and memories.

We chose our list of committees and topics in a way that will be fun, beneficial, and eye-opening for our delegates. We have been lucky enough to receive positive feedback on our work and the conference as a whole. However, we do not wish to stop here. AUDMUN 5.0 is going to be yet another MUN conference that will surpass your expectations!

The Executive Board, our team, and I are working diligently to bring to the table enticing discussions, fruitful debate, and an overall fun time. Bring all what you have with you to the conference. We look forward to seeing you explore the field of MUN!
